The Prague Post Endowment Fund and Macmillan realize a project called Grab the Reader. The aim of this project is to supply school libraries with new books to support English language teaching and because in our school we think that this is a great idea we took part in this project. We had to write a lesson plan and a short report about why we need the books and what we are going to do with them. We did it and what a surprise, we won. Well, now we have a lot of new books that can be used in our English lessons or individually by both students and teachers of our school. These books can be borrowed in the office of the English teachers.
The titles of the books are:
A Christmas Carol
The Hound of the Baskervilles
King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table
The Picture of Dorian Gray
Viking Tales
Oliver Twist
