Like paranormal phenomenon i.e. UFO is seen the house in Strašice. The owners of the house – the Mraček's family – suffer from burning switch cover, cracking bulbs and termometers. Geophysicists, ČEZ, even telecommunication office. They have not found anything strange.

According to information of the house owners near Rokycany where plugs have burned, bulbs have cracked for a month these inexplicable phenomenon began to slacken. Today, only circuit breakers keep going off. The family and the mayor accept calls that offer various solutions to this problem.

„We have got offers from plenty of magicians, exorcists but we can't solve it now these ways as we don't know reasons of our problem. We only work with offers which are on scientific basis and only these offers we will use to solve the problem.“, the mayor of Strašice Jiří Hahner told us.

Specialists still have not found the reason of this phenomenon, and they are thinking about laying a blame on Poltergeist – so kind of a bad ghost. Not only common sense discourages them to believe it, but also some other possibilities of reasons which have not been properly verified yet.

ČEZ (Czech Power Facilities) after two measurings of this area claims that it is not their fault. They guess, so as the villige does, that this phenomenon is caused by high frequency waves which can be measured only by Czech Telecommunication Office. A new telecommunication cnvertor was installed. Now, they wait for specialists from ČVUT (Czech Technical University).

The mayor had issued an order to local police department to move the stricken family out of their house offered them alternative accomodation. The family refused this offer and moved to a neighbouring building which belongs to their relatives.

Other houses in this area do not suffer from this phenomenon, in three buildings only circuit breakers go off.

This problem might be caused by convertor of digital signal but certainly it is not caused by a huge solar power station because it is not working yet. Inhabitans of Strašice think about Brdy – which is a military area very close to the house.

A press officer of ČEZ Martin Sobotka says that it is a phenomenon which are not described in any professional literature. Even though ČEZ has not found any fault, they will continue with searching the source of radiation. However, the chance of finding anything is very low. This house is really well protected – the most earthed house in the world.
